Crs Wk 6: Employee Wellbeing and Health and Safety at Work + Employee Engagement

1. Event feedback from the organizing teams
2. Feedback in general from the coach and all

Prior knowledge & expectation:

I attended some workshop on informal constructive feedback. So, I already had some idea about different ways of feedback. So, I was expecting some more variations.

Learning during the contact lesson:

1. It was interesting to see different way of collecting and producing feedback (i.e.: feedback collecting via good old days paper method, word of mouth, internet application like webropol, mobile application like crowst, etc.). It was also great to learn different way of producing and presenting those feedback as well from all 3 teams in terms of organizing the event in general, in terms of guest speakers, in terms of team work and communication, in terms of motivation and overall coordination in general.

2. It was also a different experience to see how the teachers provided the feedback to the whole group as well as collected the feedback for themselves also from the whole group.


Learning from the R&D at home:

Bake bread!
